They are the best. Always have time to answer my questions. Jessica is the best.nnThat was two years ago and my opinion is still the same.nnThis last year I really needed some support from Baxter Insurance. We were caught in a bad place with a FEMA POLICY. Without going into detail I want to say they stood solidly by me and stuck to the true meaning of what an Insurance Agent is. It was not an easy road but they never gave up untill I was made whole.nnI am compelled to state that the Baxter Agency is a solid member of the community. As our local Agent they understand our needs and will not fail to fully represent us their clients. They proved this to me.nnI feel it is why using an Agency is really the best practice. An Agency represents us the insured, our partner, to the Insurance Company.nnI highly recommend Baxter Agency. Local, Honest, Trustworthy.

I gave them $1,950 for 6 months my wife's car got repoed & they never gave back the remaining balance back so I will never do business with them ever
