Couldn't have asked for a better experience. So many of our plans for our wedding had to be scrapped due to Covid--we ended up doing a private ceremony with just the two of us. The original ring I ordered from another company ended up not working and we were running out of time. The team at Valerie Madison was able to work with us to get my ring completed and shipped to us in time for our ceremony, even though it was less than two weeks away. They were communicative and kind. I recommend them without hesitation. Both my partner and I got the Nova band and couldn't be happier.
