There is no better place to do business with for hardwood and vinyl floors! They are honest and extremely helpful. They do everything they can to make you happy and to make your project easier.n.nI came in with 0 experience, John took his time to explain to me in detail how to make my floors perfect. If I would have gone anywhere else I would have been in serious trouble. This is a great company with excellent pricing and over the top customer service.nnThank you John for all of your help!

I found Superior Hardwood when I was looking for a dealer that carried a very specific wood flooring I had been looking for. I had a lot of questions and concerns about engineered hardwood (thickness of the wood, durability, where the wood was sourced, etc.) but Todd made me feel very confident and comfortable with the decision I ended up making. It also became clear that he and his partner only carry products that they stand behind and trust the quality 100% - unlike most companies that carry hundreds of different flooring lines. This also gave me confidence in my decision. We went with the Superior Hardwood (no relation) in Yukon White and it is STUNNING. Incredible quality and made in North America.nnThe service that Todd provided was nothing short of first class and he is honestly one of the nicest people that I have met in a while. Always wearing a smile and happy to help. I would recommend Superior Hardwood 1000% to anyone who asks.

We are doing a whole kitchen, powder room and foyer remodel and wanted to replace all the flooring with a nice wide plank hardwood. I’m happy that someone suggested that we check out Superior Hardwood Flooring in Waterford for our hardwood floors. John was very helpful and just let us look browse and when we had questions, he had answers. After checking a few other stores, we knew that Superiors product line was in fact superior!nWe ended up ordering the flooring with Superior and next came an installer. They were very helpful and gave us some names and numbers. We ended up going with Mr. Mac who was really terrific and did a great job at a reasonable price. He worked around our schedule and ended up finishing early!nWe nearly had a snafu with the delivery schedule of the wood but Todd sorted it out and got it handled. Todd and John are a great team and take care of their customers and we very satisfied with them and their product. I would recommend them to anyone looking for hardwood flooring!
