I went to the one on Hoover and 11 at 630 am. Sat morningnNo line. The person at window never said a word to me..hello...here's your order..thank you..NOTHING.So rude. COVID or not..you still need to be nice!!n6
Maybe they're currently training new people - the guy was mumbling into the mic. Someone else had to get on to take the order- heard them perfectly. Yet, they still messed up the order. I repeated it 3 times, got to the window and they only handed me a sandwich. Then, the girl got an attitude when I told her the order was wrong and what I wanted. I told her don't worry about it that I would just take what they rung up and she shut the window. Rolled her eyes, opened the window again and handed me the other items. Not going back
There's no way in that Tim Hortons your order is taken right away and feel right away. They bagels and sandwiches are very delicious and their coffee on hot chocolate are very good.
Love that they open super early since I'm an early bird. Workers always quick and efficient in the morning. Even if the drive thru line looks long they get the line through fairly quickly and my drinks are always made nicely.
