Mr. failey is a great person. He helped my daughter and I without asking for much. Most people would have taken advantage of my situation and he did not! everything was handled in a good timely manner. and i would recommended him to everyone. Mr. Failey is proof that there is in fact good people left in this world

After speaking with a few other law groups, we were able to rather quickly schedule an in person appointment with Bill. He was the only lawyer that would actually sit down and speak directly to us about our case. Bill was professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process. He was very easy to work with and is extremely good at his job. He made us feel very comfortable with the process as well. The idea of contacting a lawyer when my daughter got injured seemed kind of complicated, but Bill made it so easy! He was so responsive and helpful, and he explained all of our options in a way that was easy to understand. He was very honest and fair and she didn’t have to pay him anything unless she got a settlement. He helped us to find peace with a very painful situation, and I am so grateful. I Highly recommend using his services if you ever have a need!

I called upon Bill to help a client who was in a life altering trauma. Bill was empathetic and honest when working with my client. We hear horror stories about lawyers working in the auto accident industry but I rest assured knowing that Bill will handle each client he takes on as if they were family.
