Derek Dee by far is an amazing attorney that has been representing me since October 2020. In the short amount of time (~6 months) he has accomplished more for me than the local VA Representative and the VFW follow on representation combined in the prior 4 years. IMO I would just bypass the VA and hire Derek and his firm immediately for all your claims and appeals.

I’ve been working with Derek Dee for about a year and he has been awesome in returning your emails and calls for questions and concerns. Him and His team has has all the answers and will fight for you to the end! I’m very impressed with the outcome of my road to my 100% P&T! I have been working with Mr. Walker going on about two years now. I have had a great experience Mr. Walker and his staff are easy to work with. Communication is great and within the last year and half I have had positive results. I was in an appeal that was going in 11 year's and Mr. Walker was able to obtain a positive outcome.nnI would recommend Mr. Walker and VA Disability Group if you are having problems obtaining your VA decision or if you think the VA did not respect you enough. Casey's agency was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I worked with Derek for my claim and he and Shauna were incredibly responsive, able to deal with the VA straightforwardly, and communicated throughout the process. I served 26 years in the Army and when I retired from active duty received an initial rating. After I increased my rating, I contacted Derek and he helped me through the process of increasing my rating again and contacted me with a decision well before I found out from the VA. I cannot express with thanks and gratitude for their help working through the bureaucracy. Definitely recommend and believe they can help in most cases.
