I recently moved into a new house that came with a pellet stove - I didn't know anything about them, and mine didn't work. So I called Grate Haus. They came out quickly, found what was wrong, replaced the bad parts, and then showed me how to maintain it. They gave practical advice and did not try to push extras on me. Very dependable after-the-sale service - highly recommend.

The installation of my fireplace insert I ordered is still a work in progress. At this point, I am allotting 1 star. I will repost when the job has been completed in what I hope to be the technicians next trip.
The entire buying experience was excellent. Nathan responded to our questions with porducts that were a great value for our fireplace. We converted our wood burning fireplace to gas logs. We purchased the DUZY 5 model and I am so glad we did. It looks amazing in our house. The installation team from Grate Haus did outstanding work. They were so polite and very careful in our home. They installed the gas line and logs perfectly. They cleaned everything up and I mean spotless when they were done. I would definately reccomment this place and will go ther for all of my fireplace needs for sure.nThank you Nathan and your Team!
