My daughter and I have been here about 6 or 7 times and it has been great every time. They are super friendly and the quality and selection is excellent. I am still getting used to their lowest price of $9 for the shake/tea combo (18 for the two of us) but I guess that is consistent with other places like this. I would go more often if I could get the shake by itself for around 5. Someone commented on the time to get their drink - it is not fast but they make each one by hand to-order and they are each different. It seems reasonable to me but not something you necessarily want to get in a rush.

Mount Pleasant Nutrition is the perfect place to go if you are looking for a healthy shake and delicious energizing tea. Extremely fun environment & kept very clean

One of the worst experiences I've had at any Cafe type place. From the time we walked in to the time we left, it took 45 minutes to get our drinks. Quite sure the people before us got their drinks first, like 10 minutes before we got ours. The unsweetened peach tea tastes like you took well water, mixed with a pinch of powdered tea mix, and then added a drop of peach syrup. Would've rather drank water. The shakes had the consistency and temperature of pudding and had an off taste to them. Was 18 dollars for 2 shakes and 2 teas (BTW, no way to order just shakes, you have to bundle and spend close to 20 minimum). Was gonna go with a coffee instead of tea but they were out of coffee and it's actually $12 for the shake and coffee bundle. Sizes were also quite small for the price (think grande at Starbucks for the tea). Do not plan on returning and honestly wish I didn't waste my time and money.

The owner Chelsea, is extremely nice. It's kind of a different concept if you're going there for your first time, but she explains everything to you and will politely answer all of your questions without making you feel bad for asking. It's really pretty and welcoming inside. On top of all that, the drinks are delicious and at a fair price! Definitely will be going back!
