It was a great experience only because a very nice couple we talked with paid for mine and my husband's and our 2 girl's food! They over heard us repeat what we read about IHOP not doing the Kids Eat Free thing anymore on count of the virus and like us were astounded. But other than that we were very satisfied. Gave us syrup in little to go cups and had to keep asking for some more. Wish things would go back to normal! ud83dude1e

Went in and it appeared clean and orderly. The hostess told us there was a 30+ minute wait time at 11:00 a.m. on a Wednesday. We went elsewhere to eat where there wasn't a wait. I give 3 stars because I have a neutral opinion of this particular franchise. I gave the other restaurant 5 stars because of their homemade bread. Sorry, IHOP. If I come back and you have your act together, I may bump up your rating.

Always tastes good! Went in tonight not realizing they closed in 5 min until we had already ordered our food, felt so bad but staff was still super polite and everything was cooked well and not just thrown together. Thank you so much and I'm sorry for not checking the hours first!

First visit here...we waited over 45 minutes for a table, I blame covid for that.. The hostess got us beverages because the waitress was unavailable. The waitress was friendly when she did arrive. Our order was taken promptly but it took a long long time to get our food. My decaf coffee was room temp and had grounds in it. Refills on the other drinks took a bit to get. I chose not to say anything about it as they seemed understaffed. The two employees we spoke to were very pleasant. Once the food arrived it was very good but not hot so I suspect it may have been waiting a bit to be delivered to us. Overall I wish we'd come when it was less busy.
