I don't think they toasted long enough. The bread was soggy when I ate it. Had it not been for the soggy bun I'd give them 5 Stars

I had a great experience here, they were very upfront about the wait time for orders. My order was custom and correct even though they were very busy.

Extremely disappointed with this location. I was given a voucher for being a first responder. The voucher stated that it can be redeemed on A certain date for a free order or $25 off at later date. There were no expiration dates on the voucher. After arriving to pick up a large order, I was told they were no longer accepting these vouchers. They called the manager and she claimed they had to be redeemed on May 6 even though the voucher specifically said it could be redeemed at a later date. Again, Normally a great experience with Mancino’s, but very disappointed in this location for backing out on something good they were trying to do!

There’s plenty of Mancinos around town but not all are created equal. Love this one!

They need to try the Dewitt/St Johns mancinos. Different level of good (still good).
