Used to frequent Yaya’s weekly for lunch. Love to support local businesses, but will never be coming back to this one.nnI was double charged at beginning of February for lunch. Called and emailed corporate. They responded with no record of the second charge and offered the explanation of my bank holding the $10.26 expense. Odd, as this had not happened any of the other dozen or so times I used my debit card at Yaya’s.nnUltimately, over one month goes by and the charge is definitely reflected on my account. Went through my bank to claim it as an unauthorized charge because she works hard for the money, honey! Honestly, they could have kept me quiet with a $10 gift card. However, it appears that Yaya’s wants to nickel and dime their customers for an overpriced chicken and pita.nnYou lost a customer.

Ordered two, two piece dinners and both were burnt and TERRIBLY dry! Challenging to eat, even with a ton of sauce. Disappointing.

The chicken was Flame burnt! I bought a chicken ceasar salad, and got 6 pieces of chicken over the whole salad. A pinch of cheese and 5 croutons with a ton of lettuce! One dressing! However, the chicken and chilli soup was delicious! They are way over priced for the amount of food you get! My husband paid $12 for a 4 piece chicken dinner with a scoop of potato salad, and a scoop of mac and cheese! His chicken was burnt as well! Just horrible! Except for the soup.
