Horrible service! Absolutely never order from here on their mobile app. There are items on their mobile ordering menu that they do not carry. When you pick up your order they won't even mention it. When you tell them some of your order is missing, they will just tell you they don't carry it and there is nothing they can do. They will take your money because that they can do. If you try to call them they will ignore the phone calls. An absolute nightmare to deal with.
Did they improve? It sure seems like it good deals on the app. The food is good for the price, and I love the fries, much better than those tiny cold things they sell as fries at McDonald's
I just waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru just to get up to the window to pay and get my food, however I sat there for a few more minutes once I was finally at the window because the employee was standing there at the drive thru window yelling and cussing at her coworkers. She threw her headset and everything. Was not acting professional at all. I’ve had another incident at this location as well where I was denied service for “ having to big of an order” in which all I ordered was 2 whoppers. This location has very poor customer service. I will never go back there again!
Thanks for $5 worth of nasty carbonated water that tastes like paper instead of sprite, i really appreciate it.
The drive thru person was extremely rude when I wa was placing my order and when he was handing me my drink and order... if you don't want to be yelled at during your order I wouldn't recommend going to the store on dort and Atherton in flint...
