Big John Steak & Onion

Horrible......the quality of food has changed drastically. The bread is hard (old).I purchased some pepper's on the side, the peppers turned out to be old. Yes, old dried up. The odor coming from the plastic container had a stale taste. I am very very disappointed. Very rare to find good fastfood. I will not be returning at that location

Had to give 1 star to post. I just got home and #1 I didn't order peppers and there was peppers but thought I could just remove them but I took 1 bite and the amount of salt on my sub was unbeatable. Such a shame I used to love Big John's.

Very very salty... so salty I couldn't eat it .wasted money.

I'm here from Phoenix AZ.nAlways have to stop by and grab a steak cheese and mushroom. It's still the best.

So I go to big John’s on South Dort highway by Atherton Road and I placing an order for a sandwich and a chili I get home and get my things together and finally take out my food to eat it to find out that my chili spilled all in my bag so they tell me well if you come back up will replace it so now they want me to come back up and replace something that I should be done right in the first place OK I don’t have a problem that I can understand if I had a way to go since my daughter is the one who took me by there to get my dinner and drop me off so I guess I have to have my daughter come all the way back from her house to pick me up to take me all the way back up to big John’s to bring me all the Way back home then she used to go all the way back home to replace something they should’ve done correctly it’s not too hard it’s not rocket science to put a lid on top of a container and then they don’t just take your name so that they can replace it later so what I’m going to do is to hold the bag in the refrigerator and take it back on my next visit no I’m not gonna do that that’s a waste of my time and my energy for something that should’ve been done correctly in the first place when I am going to do is take a nice picture of the inside of my bag and post it for you guys to say I suggest you check Your food before you get home because with them you never know what you’re going to get if I could’ve given them zero stars I would have
