They were amazing. They came out the same day to inspect everything and set up traps. We got our vent covers fixed too to make sure nothing else got in. In 3 days we had our little raccoon safely out of our attic. I would definitely use them again!

I have given you 5 stars. I was impressed with how knowledgeable, courteous, conscientious, and prompt your office and field personnel were. We had a problem with bald faced hornets. They built a nest in the eaves between the front door and garage door. We had to use another door for entry and exit. Your exterminators identified the type of nest, told us their procedure for removal of nest, and resolved this situation within days of my inquiry.nI am going to call them this year (2021) for analysis and preventative servicing for another problem. Very impressed with their service.nAnn P.

Josh has been here twice in the last 2-3 weeks due to mice invading our house. He was very quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. He let me know where the source of the activity was and let me know exactly what I should due. He is very friendly, quick to respond, and knowledgeable on where and how the mice are getting in.nSandy is also wonderful and could chat with her all day! Thanks for being so great!

Prudential pest management came out to our home in late January for bed bugs. I was terrified, and losing sleep frequently. They were responsive and came out and did a great job within the next few days. At the end of February I had been bitten once more, and I found out I’ve got an allergy to them so my reaction was much worse. They came within 24 hours to do a second treatment, and it has put me at ease. I hope we never see those things again, and I would recommend them to anyone needing bed bug services.nnThank you for your help

So thankful that I found this dependable company. They have come out like clockwork for the past year, as I am a platinum package member, and take care of any pest management maintenance on a scheduled basis.nnThe communication is also top notch. I receive notifications and reminders of all maintenance appointments as well as invoices via email.nnI couldn't be happier with these services and the professionalism of all the staff members. I tried for many YEARS to tackle my pest issues to no avail. Highly recommend this company, as they had everything under control in a couple appointments. Now, pests are kept at bay by continuing the maintenance program. THANK YOU!
