Very cute place ! I loved the narrative trail . Interactive and a fun small activity with kids .nnTrails are clean , safe and pretty even in the winter . I like that it’s pet friendly (on leash) . $10 entry fee (parking pay machine ) or get the annual pass for only $30 that gives access to all State parks in WA!nNot super crowded , so that was definitely a plus for us .
Easy parking with vault toilets. Popular spot, so arrive early in day.
Nice easy family trails. Good place for daily walks. Trails in good enough condition to be joggable or tunable. It is a state park, so plan on paying the day rate fee or better yet buy an annual pass, parking lot is frequently patrolled.
Lots of trails to choose from. I like this one because no one really goes here. It's not as crowded as other trail-heads. Make sure you bring your Discovery Pass.
Easy access. Restrooms. Parking for a dozen cars. Discover Pass required. Several trails to choose from including easy interactive trail for young hikers.
