We were impressed with M&M's service starting with our initial phone call. Friendly, prompt and professional! Called in the morning to have our furnace serviced and Collin arrived in the afternoon. Very courteous, and knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and quickly got our furnace up and running. Will definitely use M&M in the future!
They came out twice in one day to make sure heat was working and when it wasn't made sure we were all set with heaters until could come back out. They were very nice and helpful. Addressed all my concerns. I would recommend them to anyone!

The guy showed up an hour before they said he'd be out. He was really professional and worked quickly to get our furnace back up and running.
Used M&M plumbing for our recent Bathroom remodeling. This is a vacation home. I was extremely pleased with the finished results. From the start Scott was able to meet our needs as the reason for our remodel was to make our bathroom handicap accessible to accommodate my fiancé who is a double amputee. Scott, was very knowledgeable in the ADA requirements for our project. All of the technicians were great when it came to working with our contractor. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with getting things started, but weather was a factor and with covid it was to be expected. Overall I am extremely impressed with the courtesy of the company and will definitely be using them with our next project. I want to give a huge thankyou to Collin whom we had return to the house for our other bathroom which has a leak in the shower. He explained everything to is that needs to take place to fix it and the time frame it will take. He is a great asset to the company as I'm sure all the other employees are as well.
