We went through the drive thru tonight and not only received great, fresh made food but the young lady that brought our food out to us was so awesome! She thanked us for the tip we gave her and told us that she had just made manager position. I'm very happy to hear that the owner and/or district manager realizes what a gem they have in this young lady!
Whopper time
I dont know if it's short staff or lack of training but these last few weeks have slowly been getting worse in customer service in the taste of the food in the time you have to wait for the food and what you actually have in stock at the bay city location. What used to be one of my favorite places I wont be going to for awhile.
Very busy place, but you will find the wait worth it. Good food at a fair price. Try it.
This is my first time going to Burger King in a long time and I have to say that the food was really good. I really enjoyed the onion rings as well, the burger was tasty. Will definitely plan on going back at some point.
