My wife and I come to this location every so often and I do say.. the service has gone down dramatically since they’ve opened. I’m not usually picky about it or their service.. I understand how hard it can be to work with people but customer service always come first. Although to add on to the review we found what I believe to be a strand of wire from Steele wool in my pregnant wife’s chicken.. from this point I’m sad to say we will not be returning to this location.
Better than the Saginaw location, but the food still sits too long in my opinion. We went at lunch time, they had a steady stream of customers come through as we sat in our vehicle and ate. The Orange Chicken was mushy not crispy. Something I would not expect seeing as it is a popular menu item.
I’m done giving this location chances. The customer service here is awful. Employees lie to and berate customers. It’s not worth having your day ruined over some chicken. It must be because of poor management because nearby location are not bad like this one. From now on if I want panda I’ll get it from Saginaw or midland, I’ve never had a problem at those locations.
Line was very long at this time of the evening since dining was closed, but they got us through very quickly. I was the seventh vehicle from ordering and I received my food within 19 minutes of arriving. Only 2 minutes after ordering. I saw about 4 delivery driver pick up orders as well. Great work team Panda.
Theirs chefs are perfect food taste amazing their way better than Saginaw panda bay city panda is amazing!
