Brann's Steakhouse and Sports Grille

Wife and I stopped for first visit. Good service and clean. So we ordered the two slabs of ribs, two sides, and rolls for $16.99. We split it. Didn't eat it all. Took half of ribs home. So each meal was about $8.50 (split $16.99) and we ate it twice. Each serving about $4.25. Not bad for really good food. Look at your bill from McDonald's next time and McDonald's doesn't serve Alaskan Amber or Capn & Coke. Food was very good and waitress pleasant.

After a 40 minute wait, we were seated in a poorly heated side room. The staff was friendly and eager to please, but the they seemed unable to get back to the table with bread, water, drinks in a timely manner. The delays seemed to be work flow related. Food was very good and delivered hot. I would go back and give it a second chance.

The food and our waitress Sarah was AWESOME! I got the filet and it was so good! I don't know what happened with previous meals for other people but we will definitely be back again!

When we arrived we were ignored. The hostess seemed more interested in cleaning her station (granted not sure what had happened prior to our arrival.) She then acknowledged a family that had walked in after us, not explaining until after i said something that they were waiting outside. They did follow masking and social distancing. We were seated and the waitress and server were awesome. My chicken chilli was good but was just a cup placed in front of me. The server entered my order in wrong too and put in a cup instead of a bowl as a side. No plate under and nowhere to set the spoon. No crackers or rolls. The pretzels and cheese were great..but no appetizer plates came with them. No biggie. But then my bbq chicken came. Smallest most over done thing i have ever had. The ribs were very dried out. It might just have been the timing. We asked for rolls which were supposed to come with the meal and somehow got 2 rolls and 3 plates with them. So we finally got the plates for the soup and appetizer. Too funny. The manager did make it right by adjusting the bill and removing the chicken and one of the ribs. But it was a little humiliating to have the manager question the waitress about the chicken breast. Even she admitted it was small. We were not looking for a discount, I was not taking it home- i am perfectly capable of overcooking my own chicken. But the manager did make it right.

My husband and I came here for the first time yesterday and everything was PERFECT! Excellent customer service. We will definitely be coming back again.ud83dude0a
