Never can get order right. Paid $10.03 for a spicy chicken sandwich combo only to receive a small piece of chicken patty. Gave one star because they got my drink right.

Ya I ordered an item that wasn't on the menu anymore and I did not realize, they gave me something I did not want so I came back and asked if I could get a refund. They told me to pull up and when I got to the window the manager who was helping me couldn't hear me cause I'm in the passenger seat so I spoke louder so she can hear me then I got the worst and rude service I've ever seen in my life. This lady was giving me attitude the whole time and refused to even listen to what I said. I repeat over and over and she doesn't get it. I then asked the driver to say word for word what I said and she then some how understood him. There was no language barrier between us she was just giving me an unpleasant experience and I will never come back again.

Found a hair in my chicken sandwich.... the guy at the window didn’t even say you’re welcome or anything when I said thank you. This Wendy’s sucks don’t go to it if there’s a different option nearby.

Went twice over the course of two weeks it wasnt hot and it dodnt taste fresh
