These guys have TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered over $5000 of flooring from them and when I called a couple of weeks later to see if it had come in and schedule a delivery, they said they sold it to someone else. So I had to order it again. When it came in, I called again for delivery and they couldn't do it (COVID19), so my contractor came out to get it and they gave him the wrong order - so he loaded a ton of materials that the flooring guys gave him, brought it to our house and it was the wrong stuff. When I called to straighten things out, the owner, Mal, got all defensive and argumentative and blamed my contractor for not realizing it was the wrong order. My contractor had to go back again, unload the wrong stuff and load the correct order. After arguing with Mal, the owner, I finally got him to say he would send me a check for $200 for the delivery that my contractor had to do twice - I was planning to give the money to the contractor for his pain. But they never sent the check. I understand that things happen, but the aggressive and nasty way Mal acted was inexcusable - terrible customer service, just ridiculous

We've had 6 experiences with Fashion Floors, our most recent one yesterday; all of them excellent. I never go anywhere else.The quality and installation is always top notch. I believe our kitchen floor is 12 years old and it looks as good today as the day it went in. Quality products and installations hold their value.

We stopped in to price carpets. We found what we wanted and within a couple of weeks had it installed. We had tried a big box store and waited over a month for them. On the day they were to come they cancelled again. Moral of the story....buy small business and local.
