The staff was incredibly friendly and communicated well. I trust they know their stuff when it comes to imaging. I'm giving only 3 stars because the place was strikingly dirty. While their Covid practices were fine, there was dirt everywhere - on the ceiling above the MRI machine, in the floor of the bathroom (where I was barefoot as they didn't provide slippers), there was visible dust all throughout the place. In before times I may not have minded, but these days cleanliness seems more important than ever.

Most staff was very pleasant. One of the techs was not the nicest but she did mention working without a break. She just felt rushed. She did help me get up a little after my exam by allowing me to grab on to a bar. COVID times makes it tough, it would have been nice to get an arm to get help getting up as my back locked up (whole reason for MRI was of my back).The one asked me how I was doing during my MRI was very sweet and her voice was very calming. I was very anxious as I am claustrophobic and my prior MRI experience years ago was horrible. This machine here was so much better. I did take Ativan to help me relax beforehand. Like the review before me, I did not feel like it was the cleanest in the bathroom or changing area but otherwise wasn't to bad. I would most likely go here again for imaging if needed.

I had appointment and I was at location minutes prior.nOne of their representatives came and asked me to fill out paper work which I was doing it and other representative came and snatched the papers from and said you can do that later; you are late.nWell first of all I wasn’t late and second you can be nice and ask me for a papers too. I would never go there even if that’s the only choice I have.nI guess they are overwhelmed with people and everyone seems to be busy and pushing people around.
