Professionalism? A complete joke. Checking into my sons appointment the receptionist very quietly asked for my sons birth date. I didn’t hear her and she just stared at me without reapeting herself and then when I finally asked what I had missed she said his birth date. I told her I was sorry and that I hadn’t heard her to which she replied she figured I just didn’t remember. ITS MY SON. I know his birth day. So I sit and her and her coworkers sit In the office and gossip and laugh until we’re called in. After our appointment I was setting up a follow up when the same very unprofessional woman blurted out some very private information concerning our visit (mind you she wasn’t even the one making our appointment) no she shouted it out loud in the room and rolled her eyes and returned to her desk. So much disrespect. Do not recommend!
