Dr. Amos has always been friendly and personable. He does not rush the visit and takes the time to answer all my questions. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful and have never had any issues with them.

Dr. Amos is friendly and willing to take time to figure out what is going on. He is a great doctor!

This doctor's staff is completely incompetent. I switched to Dr. Amos for my primary doctor.. the day I made that decision I made sure to call ahead and talk to his staff. They did not inform me that he is not accepting new patients despite me explaining my interest in going to their office. They instructed me what I would have to do to secure my new patient visit at my earliest convenience and I went about doing that.. of course due to the timing of this all I had to wait through the holidays. I'm sick, have been the whole time. It's been miserable.nnSo I call in after the holidays to get my visit scheduled finally and this is the time they choose to tell me that Dr. Amos is no longer accepting new patients and I would have to forfeit my chance to see the doctor I want and accept that I would have to see a nurse practitioner, who I didn't sign up for, instead.nnThis annoyed me to no end. I called them the day I made the switch to double check this sort of thing and I was not informed that he wasn't accepting new patients. You know who else wasn't informed? My insurance company. They have Dr. Amos listed as ready to accept any new patients at every time and the receptionists were absolutely no help they really dared to either tell me to WAIT ANOTHER WEEK or go drive off to another town miles away.nnI waited weeks. I called ahead. I was not informed of any of this. I specifically asked.nnThere was no good reconciliation. When confronted with their actions and what they've put me through they just sit there and say sorry and don't do anything about it. They ask what do you want me to do I tell them to see Dr. Amos like was discussed and like I've been waiting to do for weeks and they tell me they can't do that.nnThis is a doctors office. I've been sick since december. It's not getting any better. I just want a primary doctor to sit down with and work through my health issues with.nnWORTHLESS.nnDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIMEnnINCOMPETENT STAFF

Dr.Amos is very good with babies. And he never makes us wait for a long time before seeing us. He is a super awesome Dr. I would refer anyone to him.

Today was the second time I have made an appointment for my daughter's for a Vaccine.nOn these 2 separate occasions I had made the appointment the day before, only to wait almost 25 minutes later from the appointment time to find out they in fact did not even have the vaccinations in stock! I am very disappointed in the personal care that was not provided, and that inventory before the appointments were not checked!
