Family Medicine of Cloverdale

I have been going here for quite some time now for my annual checkups. today I had an urgent need to see a doctor. my normal provider, Jessica Archer, who is wonderful, is on vacation for the holidays. not only was the receptionist nice enough to get me in anyway, Emily who helped me instead was kind, fast and thorough. I really appreciate this place, their kind workers and the safety they have been providing due to COVID-19. I will always recommend!

The dr was amazing it was my first visit and she was very attentive to my needs.

Staff is very friendly and the NP that I have seen have been easy to talk to and want to listen to what you have to say. They dont act like they are running a race.

Front Desk is so exceptionally friendly and inviting. Always greets you with a great attitude. Sarah Taylor, NP, cares for her patients and takes time to listen to them and make a plan together. Nurses and assistants great about calling you with results and referrals

Great doctors, rude nurses. The doctors and the receptionists are great and so helpful and friendly but the nurses that take you back and take your weight and blood pressure are rude and make you feel unwelcome. If not for the nurses I would give 5 stars.
