It’s getting cold outside & our normal fireplace maintenance have us a Dec is as early as we can get out there date- and it’s only October! Hubby found Country Hearth & Home and they provided an early Nov date. Then Lisa called with a cancellation & Noah came today- really personable, professional and actually took time to explain how to fix my own fireplace in future, then cleaned it up. Very pleased! Very knowledgeable and professional. He had our issue fixed quickly, and went over options for issues that might come up in the future. Very glad we called them, definitely going to be using their services again whenever needed.
Quality work done right! James and Noah came and gave our gas fireplace a thorough going over, replacing some parts. Professional, courteous. Would definitely use again......glad we found a good one!
I am so disappointed with how unprofessional my experience has been. I paid the $125 service fee to have my gas fireplace evaluated. After a ten minute visit, I was told I needed a new pilot system and I would hear back in a few days regarding the details of the new part. I never heard back. I called to follow up on four different occasions- each time I was promised a call back which never happened. On my final call to this establishment, the employee started talking to someone else (without warning to me) and then ended the call suddenly with some profanity that I assume had to do with the other conversation he was having. Don’t waste your money on this place.
