I have tried and tried to get a hold of this office for a few weeks now. They don't answer the phone. When I finally got a hold of them, they were rude and short with me. I was told by multiple people in their office that they are to busy to help me. That they don't have time to be of service. Very disappointed in this office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I was shopping around for insurance after moving to Arizona from California I had been with AAA for over 10 Years, Having diverse insurance needs, I was needing Home Owners, Auto, Boat, Harley Davidson, Motor home and Off road insurance. I was getting quotes all over the place, agents were telling me I was going to need 3 or 4 policy's and astronomical prices. Then I heard about Roxanne Sanchez, I called her she answered the phone herself, I explained my needs, within hours she had all my needs met, at a price that was affordable and I now refer all my friends and people we meet along are travels.
