Dr Shelby and Dr Eric are truly amazing! They are putting my body back together from a 3 year old injury.....finally able to have some relief! So grateful! Our bodies are so important- go to the professionals to take care of them.

I pulled my hamstring in the summer of 2020 and have had lingering issues ever since. The injury has prevented me from running and other physical activities that I really enjoy.nnThis pain and discomfort has slowly improved after working with Dr Shelby. She does a great job of targeting the specific areas of pain and slowing working out those areas through a combo of deep (often painfully deep!) tissue massage and PT exercises.nnMy pain level at the beginning of the sessions was around an 8 out of 10. Each session has helped reduce that pain down to around a 1-2. I’m optimistic that once I’m done with my regimen, my hamstring will be pain free.

I have visited Dr. Shelby at the Oak Brook office with a 6 week old wrist sprain injury. As a fitness professional I have been through sports injuries and thought I knew enough of the recovery process. I was so wrong! This bad wrist pain have improved a lot during the 6 weeks but the sharp pain never went away, I also had limited movement in my wrist and it prevented me from going back to my fitness routines. My visit to Dr. Shelby was a desperate attempt in my search for relief. Dr. Shelby was very welcoming, the atmosphere was super friendly. I have heard for the first time about FDM (Fascial Distortion Model) from her and she explained it in details to me. The first soft tissue treatment gave me immediate relief, the next day I went back to the gym and could get into positions I wasn't able for 6 weeks. After the second treatment I was able to load my wrist again with heavy weights. She taught me at home methods how to keep working on my wrist and gave me some tools, too. I could not be more happy with my visit. Definitely will go back the next time, but this time I'm not going to wait for 6 weeks. :-) I will take care of my nagging little pains with her help immediately, not waiting for an injury to happen. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Eric to anyone who is active and suffering from muscle strains or pain. He has helped me with calve and shoulder issues and with his guidance and rehab exercises I have seen awesome improvement even as I continue my boxing training 3-4 days a week and I’m 55 years young.

After 20 plus years of dealing with chronic lower back pain. I knew nothing else, woke up with pain went to bed with pain. I consumed NSAID meds to get me through life. End of January slipped on the ice while walking my dog. That made the back issues worse. Dr. Eric Andersen was recommended to me by a coworker who had been treated for back issues as well. Called his office and was able to get in fairly quickly, Had my 1st, 2 sessions with him. After the first session of his magical finger pressure treatments and PT exercises after. The daily practice of the numerous exercises, truly makes a difference in your daily activities. I felt instantly better then I have ever felt. Six months later, August 14, 2020 and I'm a new person. I wake up happy not to be in pain. Not popping pills daily. I ritually do the exercises he recommends, which are the bread and butter of keeping the new way of life. If not being in pain is a must, Complete Muscle Recovery is where to go!!nA big thank you Dr. Eric for giving me my life back. Enjoying running and bicycling and no pain when I'm done.
