I ordered a bag that said grain leather as material. When I received it , it was nylon. I would have never ordered a nylon bag. Next time with other companies take a photo of what your purchasing. I have no picture, now I’m stuck with a nylon bag. I rate them a zero,

Great store ! I love kate spade, been a fan for many years. Staff is friendly and helpful. The clothes, jewelry, bags are so adorable! Prices range depending on the item, but I have never had an issue with their items. I bought a dress for a wedding there, received tons of compliments. Good quality, price was a bit steep but to be honest..has passed the test of time. So I will buy again.

Every time I come in this store, the experience is phenomenal! The sales associates really go above and beyond to ask questions, showcase the new collections, and make sure all my needs are met! Love the fun novelty collections. They had a really cute champagne bottle purse over the holidays that was so whimsical and fun! Definitely a store I'll be coming back to.

The associates were nice enough, but if they offer to order something for you from another store, DON'T DO IT. I could have ordered this dress online and received it already, but now the dress cannot be located. I will not be receiving it at all and my credit card has already been charged. I am super disappointed that I will not be getting my dress. I would much rather have it than the refund (which they are also lagging on). Now it is out of stock online and the sale is over. I will only shop KS in store when they physically have the item from now on, since this situation was such a disappointment.

Small shop size but the customer service is always nice and their selection bags, clothes, and jewelry is good, although not large. They have a small selection of home goods, shoes, and stationary.
