I had an excellent experience at the C.D Peacock in Oakbrook. I visited while I was waiting for my iPhone to be repaired. As I entered the store I was greeted by a security guard who kindly introduced me to Maria. From this point forward the experience went from normal to extraordinary. I was looking for a timepiece and Maria guided me through the process with ease and comfort. Maria then introduced me to Kevin (Rolex and Omega ambassador) who articulated the features and advantages of each time piece shown to me. Both Maria and Kevin presented a well rounded group of watches that had similar features but different character, since my vision is already fading, readability at first glance was an important feature, and every piece they showed was spot on in terms of functionality and readability. Overall the experience was remarkable and the service second to none. If you happen to visit Oakbrook and you are looking for a special timepiece for your collection Maria and Kevin will make sure you leave with the watch you want with the features you need.
After purchasing multiple time pieces and jewelry items from the Oak Brook store, it’s time to leave a review. I’ve never had a bad buying experience and have worked with multiple associates. Rosa, Art, and Lana have all been tremendous and displayed a wealth of knowledge from diamonds to Rolex. As frustrating as the time piece industry can seem from a buyers prospective, I would encourage everyone to please take a minute and imagine how patient a store associate has to be to deal with all of us when waiting for our ideal pieces as soon as possible. CD Peacock in Oakbrook Mall is top notch in customer service! Tim and Amy go above and beyond to make sure the buying experience is as smooth as possible. Rosa was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above and beyond for us. She secured a highly sought after timepiece for my father’s 60th birthday and made the whole process smooth and efficient. I can’t thank her and the team enough for their attentiveness and top notch service. We will, without a doubt, be back for all of our future timepiece needs. My wife and I were just at Oakbrook mall one day a just happened to stroll into c.d. peacock …. just browsing around and we are attended to by a real wonderful lady who introduced herself as Rosa …. who patiently answered all of our questions... to make a long story short …. my wife and I went home with two green boxes …. she was assisted by an equally wonderful gentleman by the name of Kevin …. you couldn't ask for a better tandem to guide you with what you need. We came back a couple more times and they’re as gracious as ever.... even to the point of calling my wife personally to inform her of the watch that I really wanted. The store is super clean, you would not even know that there's some construction going on just outside their doors, they are all professionals in what they do and look good doing it.
