I always thought that when you go inside a store you're suppose to be greedy with a welcome or smile or something, but every time I'm in this store, Oakbrook Loft they act like they don't wanna be bothered, i was in there Saturday Sept 19,around 515pm and I promise you, I walked in, the girl with the 2 ponytails looked and me and turned back around, never saying anything. I love the way Yorktown associates are, friendly helpful and always smiling.

I had a great shopping experience. I love that their SIZES ARE REALISTIC! I am on the curvier side and I am lucky if I can fit into most stores XLs But at Loft I could comfortably fit into their Large and have room to breathe.
