I prefer Tiffany for so many years. However they don't live up to the Quality any longer. The customer service is terrible. The quality of their merchandise is awful. I received a bracelet from Pandora with charms for my bracelet. Excellent customer service. Excellent warranty and guarantee. I will no longer be going to Tiffany's. Pandora for the rest of my life. WORST MANAGER!!!!nWorst experience ever today. I came to this location last week and simply asked if I could exchange a birthday present. I go there today and it is a completely different story. Deanna the woman who was supposed to be helping me could not find the person the ring was under I gave her several numbers, emails, and names. Therefore, she said she could not exchange it for me. I was exchanging it for a different color!!! Not an entire new ring, and it was obvious it has never been worn. She gave me a terrible attitude, should not be a manager. I went to the promenade and got it exchanged no problem!!! NEVER RETURNING.
Zaria was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed our banter while she helped me. Always a pleasure when customer service is great.
This store is really cool. Never realized how many braclets they offer. Great gift for the holidays.
