The Young Lady that took care of me was Very Helpful
Today I went in to the Store for a second time to purchase a bag I saw earlier at the time of my first purchase, and when I went to pay, the cashier saw my second small Claire’s bag from my first purchase in my semi transparent bag. She asked to see what was in it and I happily obliged. She then asked if I had purchased it earlier today which I confirmed. She asked to see my receipt but I couldn’t find it. She tried to see it in the purchase history (it wasn’t showing up even though I DID pay for it) to which I thoroughly searched and found the receipt. She checked it and apologized. That’s it. I felt really embarrassed at the moment, and left crying. She didn’t even offer me a coupon.
We visit here and always find great items. A large variety and great prices when they have promotion sales. The store is just so mall and it's always crowded.
I had a wonderful experience here with my daughter. I took her here to get her ears pierced. The young lady that took care of her was very nice & informative. She made the overall experience pleasant.
I got a pair of earrings and the cashier tried to get me to buy more earings after I said no then she asked me if I wanted to donate to charity and even after I said not today she still charged me money for charity without telling me
