Rude, unprofessional, I have never ever experienced anything like this... I went to the store to replace my phone case ( I have exchanged few emails with their online customer service, and I was told this is one of my two options). The lady told me that the phone cases are not under the warranty. She was trying to find my order- and she couldn’t, so she called the customer service and gave me the phone to talk to them! How you can call your own customer service and let your customer to talk to them while the customer is in the store?!

Ladies and gentlemen this is the season to be giving customer service was good prices were very reasonable store was nice and clean.

I came into the store yesterday, tried a ring and purchased it and accidentally left my own ring on the counter. I went back after 15 minutes and the store was closed. I went back the next day in the morning and they said that they didn’t find anything. I asked to look at the cameras and they said that it is out of their control and i can call customer service. I called customer service and they said that they are unable to do anything about it. They gave me the HR phone number and i called and waited for 2 hours!! And NO response.nI then called security and they hung up twice!!!nThey definitely don’t care about their customers!nIf it was a swarovski piece that was stolen then they would have done everything to figure out who took it.nnUpdate: I did contact customer relations earlier this week. They also didn’t respond or contact me
