We had such a great experience at the Blue Nile showroom in Oak Brook.nnShopping for engagement rings can be very overwhelming and intimidating and we went in knowing the bare minimum.nnHelen did an amazing job of educating us on the different factors to consider when shopping for diamonds and she helped us find the perfect ring. Helen was very honest and helpful and made us feel very comfortable!

As one could imagine, going shopping to pick out an engagement ring for the first time was quite daunting to say the least. However, the people over at Blue Nile in Oakbrook not only relieved all of my nerves, but were just incredibly helpful from beginning to end.nnSamantha, in particular, is an absolute joy to work with and really turned a scary process into a lot of fun! Thank you again for all of your help and I am so excited to present this beautiful ring to my future wife!

I was nervous at first to look at engagement rings for the first time, but Zachary and the staff at this location made our visit a memorable one. They had a great variety of beautiful jewelry and at great prices. Zachary was patient and listened to mine and my partners needs and answered all of our ten thousand questions. I even found my forever ring! We highly recommend them!
