I have been using this agency for close to 12 years.nNever a problem with coverage. Processing payments by mail is a little spotty, so I always bring mine in.

I called for a tow truck, the representative said they would arrive approximately in 75 mins. Waited 3 hours. The tow company said they didn’t travel to the area I was in. I called back and requested another tow company, they said 40mins. After 40 mins I called the tow truck company directly, the company had no request for a tow. This was all after I paid out of pocket cost for tows to never show up. I will never recommend this company and I will be going back to Statefarm.

I've had this insurance company since the moment I bought my first car ,I've had no problems and they even give you free gas when you refer others
