I asked this agent twice for a honor roll form and neither Dan de la Cruz nor Fabian Ocamp responded or followed through. Do not give them your money. Switched agents and I am so much happier dealing with someone who actually cares about me as a customer.

Unresponsive, rude and most expensive. Switched to a new StateFarm agent couldn’t be happier. Should have gotten away from this office long ago!

Not one issue have I ever had with these individuals. Always kind and courteous. And I’m paying way below for insurance on 2 vehicles with full coverage. Keep up the good work.
