I am so proud to have Molina,as my healthcare provider .Eventhough they don't cover everything. They will if you have your doctor talk to them about the seriousness of the issue.

They sent me a card to get a gift card from them after my baby completed all of her wellness check ups but they won’t honor it because of covid! I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

I am honestly embarrassed to have been assigned Molina Healthcare via HealthChoice/Medicaid IL. I have experienced nothing but problems since being paired with Molina, and am now looking switch to another Medicaid provider ASAP.nnEvery number and location for the PCP I had chosen disclosed to me that he was no longer working there, and had not been working for them for quite some time. One number listed for a health facility (a major one in Chicago!) was someone's *PRIVATE CELL PHONE NUMBER*. I also tried to make an appointment for Womens Health by looking at OBGYNs in my area, with THREE different practitioners listed on Molina's website, and EVERY SINGLE OFFICE stated that the nurse/practitioner no longer worked there. I spent 6 hours of my time making calls, and every single one was futile. I don't even know where else to look besides researching these PCPs individually on Google.nnI called the Molina helpline and spoke with a representative to see if she could provide any more info that I may not have as a patient (or an updated system with updated info?), just so I could potentially get in contact with someone - anyone, who could make me an appointment and get help. The Molina representative was helpful, but candidly told me that she did not have any other info that I couldn't already see through my portal. She did note for me the facilities to where the practitioners no longer worked, along with wrong numbers, but the heavy sighs on the phone indicated to me that this is not a new issue for her working for Molina. This is absolutely disgusting for a Medicaid Healthcare provider to be so absolutely disorganized. The low star ratings are for a legitimate reason. I would highly recommend looking at other providers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield instead if you were auto-assigned Molina from the Illinois Medicaid office.

Hello. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. I was going back and forth with them and my doctor for a prior authorization. There was no assistance, they would not inform me if they received a fax or not - they told me the faxed document was missing information when my doctor confirmed that it wasn't. I have almost been in tears working with them. And am still on the line waiting on hold. They are just like, no we cannot help you. Figure it out. My mental health is in jeopardy for not having meds and they have not cared.
