I have been going to Kristen for the past 6-7 years...I have purchased a hearing aid from her and will most likely purchase another one from her within the next month or so. She is so professional. She doesn't rush you, listens to your needs and concerns, will give you suggestions and recommendations as to what she thinks is best for you.nThe most important thing about Kristen is she has a lot of patience. It's not easy working with the Deaf or Hard of Hearing. I definitely recommend Orland Park Hearing Aid. Easy to find, clean office, and Mom as secretary is so friendly and sweet.
