Gave them 3 stars because They are like all insurance companies. Premiums will go up once you are not paying attention. Very kind and happy even though "farmers the company" seems difficult to work with.

I had the unfortunate experience of having a big rock hit my brand new BMW windshield resulting in a large area of damage. I contacted Emilee that afternoon and she was very empathetic while also providing the contact information for Safelite AutoGlass. Safelite came out the same day and found that the damage could not be repaired and the windshield had to be replaced. Farmers rapidly approved the replacement and I had a new windshield within 48 hours of initial contact with Emilee!
