Nice people who work here but this village sucks. It's been months and these potholes have not been fixed. Even on my block to my house, a manhole cover managed to rip off my exhaust and cause damage and I still haven't gotten any word back from them. They wanted me to go through my insurance so they sue their insurance, the village is a straight joke.

I have been calling and going up to the building inspectors office spoke with Him and let him know that I pay for my landlords electric and he did nothing. I've told him my apartment has flooded and landlord is doing nothing about it plus now I have mold growing. You would think they would come and inspect nope they never showed up. I went back up there and got a phone number of a Ed now and big surprise he doesn't answer nor does he call u back. They must be getting paid by the landlord to let him slide on this. Landlord has a crack in the foundation that's why it floods and I could be staying in illegal. Jim and now Ed are choosing to let my kids sit in these conditions. Nothing but unprofessional. The village just takes your money.
