Easy to find and no line. I worked with George and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had previously gone to the Vital Records at 50 W Washington and had the opposite experience: long lines and unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Thanks for such a great experience, a rarity for me to write a review. Only this location for all my Vital Records needs!
I wish I could talk about Roberts who I talked to on the phone most recently. She is a wonderful person. Garcia who I talked to in October. Great guy. Then I go to Bridgeview. Smooth process. Nice people. Wonderful and caring people.
Visited to obtain copies of birth certificates.. A long walk from the parking lot, so be prepared. Once inside, it was easy breezy.. There were hardly anyone in line. In and out with 10 mins..
Don't see why there's so many negative reviews on here ?nIt took all of ten minutes to get a birth certificate.nThe woman that handled my request was nice and open to conversation.nHappy to say the experience went well .
I went for a birth certificate, and It was faster than getting a burger on a drive thru, not only that but the ladies were super pleasant. Excellent service!
