Called to rescue a goose who was unable to fly. A very nice officer was dispatched, but by then the goose was gone. Today, spotted again. The officer called dispatch and I waited with no response. Called dispatch and was told they don’t handle birds. I could have waited all day, no call to say they weren’t coming. No apology.
Had to get a rabies tag for my new pup. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for your help!!!
Horribly rude lady on the phone.
They claim they do not pick up dead animals even though I told them that they picked up 4 dead skunks from my house 2 years ago. She denied that ever happened. They will not pick up any animals at you trap in your own cage. You are forced to pay them $150 to set their trap and that's the only time they will come to free an animal.nSo what is their purpose other than to kill perfectly adoptable dogs and cats? And call people Liars when you know for a fact that they were at your house 4 times in 3 months picking up dead skunks.???????
Go in with a lawyer if you have to meet with them in regards to anything. They have probably already made up their minds and nothing you do will change that.
