Most worthless insurance company around. My wife had her car totaled by one of Allstates customers. The woman was texting and driving and destroyed my wife's car and messed up her neck. She lost countless hours of work because of doctors visits and physical therapy and sleep and comfort. The car totaled had 2 more payments before being paid off. We then had to get a new car that we can't really afford. For her missing so much work we fell behind and still have not been able to catch up. This claim is over a year old and we are still waiting. The agent never calls or answers calls or emails. Allstate is by far the worst insurance around today.
