Apparently they want to service only those that havenPurchase their products. They can’t provide service for 4-6 weeks and they discourage you by giving those outrageous cost for service.nService calls are economically prohibitive, $ 153.00nFor 20 minutes. If they have to come backnTo install a part is an other $ 153.00 and keeps repeating $ 153.00 every 20 minutes.nHeart breaking!nWhat a monopoly!

Gary was our salesman, he was great! He showed us exactly what we were looking for. Took the time to explain all the options and the differences between the styles. When we started telling him about our fireplace and how old the house is, he knew exactly where we live. I love it, that's knowing how to do your job.
