Update: im still dealing with document a to get the registration transferred. I've never had to work so hard to purchase a vehicle in my life. They keep sending document after document. Inspections and emissions tests and on and on. I had no idea I was going to have to do all of this leg work for them! Awful way to purchase a car. Save yourself a lot of time... Buy from a regular car dealer.nnVery disappointed in their service. My cars delivery date has been pushed out twice now. The first time for the battery, now for weather. They delay the date by a week each time it is rescheduled. I have wasted a lot of my time rescheduling time off from work and calling bank and insurance company to notify them of the reschedule. The confidence in the quality of my car has diminished. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

They do NOT clean car inside. The give you the a small fee to clean it at your own expenses.nnI Spend a month letting them a chance to make things right.nEven the crappiest dealership will do better.

Was the easiest way I’ve ever bought a car. The only down side was the almost 2 month long wait to get a copy of the registration transfer. If it wasn’t for that, it was a five star experience.

An interesting concept. But I will tell you if you don't have the best credit your interest rate through Carvana will be through the roof. 18% +. I went through a normal car dealer and received a much lower rate through Ally Auto. Also remember you have to have proof of income. And through this pandemic that can be difficult for many. Personally I would avoid and check
