I've been going to moe for 15 years and he never disappoints. My family and friends all go to him too. He truly loves what he does. He's an artist at what he does. The atmosphere is great and everyone is happy and smiling and you feel so welcomed here. Highly recommended.

Pam ruined my hair! I was told it was brassy as soon as the shampoo girl was taking the foils out! I asked Pam if it was brassy and not blonde. She said she will tone it. I got home and looked in my bathroom room mirror and it was still brassy. I called Pam she said she would fix it. When I went back instead of putting low lights in because if she used more bleach it would crack off, she tone it again. I asked her to please just cover the brassy/ orange color with brown dye she refused. . My hair after one wash is terrible. The top is brassy/orange the bottom is brown with high lights. I called and requested a refund from Pam. She agreed and never sent it. I would think Jan Michaels would have backed me. I never heard from them either. Pam accused me of putting products on my hair? Never. It would crack off. I need my refund to get it fixed. Pam is horrible. If she messes up your hair she blames you ??? I need my refund $100.00. I guess all I can do is let people know how terrible! Tell people not to trust Pam or Jan Michaels. my ! experience was. I have walk around like this but

Two weeks ago I went to get my hair highlighted and was told my reference picture was achievable. I didn’t notice until I got home how brassy and orange my hair was. The stylist said it looked great and let me leave the salon like this. The owner was very rude when I called in upset, almost in tears. I will never go back. I will never recommend.nnThe owner called the woman that referred me to talk about me wanting a refund.

Ellen is the stylist I see and she does amazing work!! I have huge, curly hair and I wouldn't want anyone else styling it. Everyone in there is super friendly and it's very hygienic. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a new stylist!
