My Family and I want to give a big Thank You to Alan and Andrea, our Pharmacists. I tried to write a compliment letter to home office but I guess that's no longer acceptable.nYesterday I watched Andrea deal with a customer, well let me put it to you this way, I was ready to put him in his place. He was way out of line. Andrea handled him or the situation in a very professional way and I have absolutely no idea how she did it.nAnyways, my family and I moved from Melrose Park and now we live in Lombard. Even though we moved, we still go back to Alan and Andrea to have our prescriptions filled because we have great confidence in both of them and their customer service is outstanding!nThank You Alan and Andrea!

I can't put into words how grateful I am for Allan, Andrea, Sandra, and the team at Osco Franklin Park. I take the lead on putting together the meds for my parents and they are SO helpful and accommodating. No matter how crazy things get for them I am always welcomed and grated with a smile. There are a lot more convenient pharmacies to my home but I gladly drive the extra miles!! Thank you!!!
