Check in was smooth. I recommend you go online for any specials available rather then paying the standard daily rate. Upon arrival you must pull a ticket. That ticket is used in conjunction with your online reservation. The higher levels are cheap so get the walking! Upon check out, show your confirmation email and ticket so you don't pay TWICE at the gate!

Just OK, Sorry but I cannot understand some people when I talk with them. Shuttle service pickup is far from terminal 5. You have to get to terminal 2 below the motel. I do not feel it is good. Although it may not be Pre Flights problem, meaning I think all shuttles have to pickup people there. Its a Chicago O'Hare issue. EDIT: Last time they did pick us up at terminal 5. GREAT

This was an easy to use parking service. I prepaid and was easily admitted. I rode the bus which had plexiglass dividers to keep people safe. It was also an easy return. Everyone I saw was kind and friendly.

Pay in advance and save. Great staff. Quick shuttles. They load and unload your luggage. (Tip these people) They don't expect it, but c'mon.

Convenient location. Good rate if pre-paid. Frequent shuttle. Polite driver and employee.
