Pride Airport Parking

This company has unfortunately gone downhill. I have been parking there for many years. They have decided that having one person work the desk and drive the shuttle is the way to go. Needless to say the wait at the airport for the shuttle back to your car can take upwards of 1 hour. The person you call when you land to tell them you are ready to be picked up will lie to you and make up stories about why they are late. They used to have your car started in the winter so that it would be warm and snow free. Not any more. In fact, when I asked this last time after waiting 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. if this service was happening, the man on the phone said yes your car will be started. We are driving to the shuttle place and I see my car keys in the container the man who is driving the shuttle van carries with him. I asked him how my car would be started? He informs me he is the only one working and no my car would not be started. This is not acceptable and they need to stop lying. I understand times are hard right now but they are killing their business. The service used to be so good, you'd arrive and the shuttle would be there in up to 10 minutes. Waiting an hour at the airport is never acceptable. Oh and even before, they aren't very nice when they check you in. I accepted lack of customer service but waiting and waiting is never good.

Parked my vehicle here, came back to a busted window. Owners said it happened the day before, no one called to inform me my car was damaged, owner denies responsibility and refuses to repair window. Bad business, do not leave your car with these people.

I use their services every time I go our of town. The workers are always so polite and take really good care of your property.

Been using this place for years, but no more. The last time they kept texting me and calling me while on vacation asking when we were returning. Once at 4 am. Last weekend we showed up at 1 pm, the time we booked for. Noone was there. Just a number to call. Guy said he would be right there. He wasn't and we had a plane to catch, so we left. We will look for something more reliable.

Parking lot was filled so full that it took 1.5 hours to get our car out. We literally ordered chinese while we waited. Won't be using this lot again!
